Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur the full session fee.

Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged at the full session fee.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the following appointment. The full session fee will still apply.

Emergencies

Nick understands that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Where appropriate, cancellation fees may be waived at Nick's discretion.

Practitioner Cancellation

Should Nick need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any payment already made.
